Did we miss your material?
There are two possible situations if some or all of your material is still at your curb. We have either accidentally missed it or we had a problem with collecting it.

If you see a brightly coloured note from our driver, please read it. It will explain why your material wasn't collected. This helpful reminder is intended to help you get the most out of our recycling service and to keep the program running efficiently.

If your material is missed and you do not have a note from us, please call our office (705-775-2737 ext. 302). Remember material must be set out by 7:30am (7:00am in North Kawartha only) for collection.
